Thomas Clayton, Sevi Giakoumelou and Lindsay Fraser were delighted to attend the Midlothian & East Lothian Business Awards, organised by the Midlothian Chamber of Commerce.
Our team was elated to receive an award in the "SME of the Year" category in recognition of the collaborative work and progress that team Cytomos has made over the past year.
In 2022, Cytomos secured £1.6m seed funding by existing investor Archangel Investors Limited with participation from Scottish Enterprise and Old College Capital which allowed the company to expand technical development and personnel from 7 employees to 12. Furthermore, Cytomos has recently been awarded £0.5m in SMART grant funding from Innovate UK.
We are gaining momentum and looking forward to the next level of company progress, team development and enhancing our revolutionary technology for real-time, in-line cell analytics!
